Participants/partners are advised to check whether they need a visa or not to enter Cyprus and those requiring a visa are urged to make arrangements to obtain one from the nearest Consular Office of the Republic of Cyprus well in advance. For this purpose, participants may wish to consult the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for further information (www.mfa.gov.cy).

Transportation of all participants from Larnaka and Paphos International Airports to the hotel of the conference will be provided by the Conference Organising Committee, staff of which, will be present at both airports on two days: Saturday, 6th November, 2010 and Sunday 7th November, 2010.
