Registration
Participation is open to all members of the FBI NAA - European Chapter and invited observers.
Registration may be made via the conference website www.fbinaa2010.org. The relevant registration / booking form could be submitted either by e-mail (fbinaa2010@police.gov.cy) or by fax 00357 22 808405.

Upon receipt of the registration and booking form the FBI NAA 2010 Organizing Committee will send you confirmation of your registration. If this has not reached you within four weeks of your submission, please contact [us].

Please note that the Organizing Committee reserves the right to change without notice the conference working programme, social programme, as well as other arrangements and details outlined on this website.

The deadline for registration has been extended to 20th of September 2010.

Registration Fees
Registration is set at the following fees:
• €200 (two hundred) for every Participant
• €200 (two hundred) for every Partner
Payments could be made upon arrival either by credit card or in cash (If in cash, preferably in Euros).
Note: Registration fees do not include hotel prices.

Payments
Conference payment requirements are described in the Registration / Booking Form.

On-site Registration
Because of a limit on the number of participants, we cannot guarantee any vacant places at the Conference for on-site registrations. If you are considering registering on-site, please contact the FBI NAA 2010 Organizing Committee to pre-register for the Conference.

Limitations / Deadline
The organizing committee has reserved 180 rooms at St. Raphael Resort. All places at the conference will be distributed on a “first–come, first–served“ basis. For that reason you are requested to register well in advance.The deadline for registration has been extended to 20th of September 2010.

After that date, the conference Organising Committee can not guarantee a room.

Cancellation
If the cancellation of your participation in the conference is necessary, please notify the FBI NAA 2010 Organizing Committee, in writing as soon as possible.
