Dear Graduates,
As the President of the 2010 FBINAA - European Chapter - I am pleased to officially announce the organization by the Cyprus Police of the 28th Retraining Session. The session is scheduled to take place between 6 - 10 of November 2010.
Lemesos is the city chosen to host the Conference, a tourist resort widely known for its beautiful beaches, archaeological sites, local wineries and exciting nightlife.
I would like to remind you that this is the second time Cyprus will host an FBI NAA Conference. Back in 2001, the beginning of this millennium, the Cyprus Police organized the 19th Retraining Session in Ayia Napa with great success. Our aim is to end the first decade of this millennium with another successful conference. We thus look forward to offering you another unique retraining.
The 28th Retraining Session will focus on “Legal And Illegal Immigration: Challenges, Impacts and Solutions”. We are certain that the topic will be of great interest to all participants, since most European countries have been called upon to take some action in order to deal with this phenomenon that entails many parameters such as legal, economical and social ones.
A number of keynote speakers will be invited to share their valuable experience on the subject. At present the Cypriot graduates are working hard to develop a programme that will initiate fruitful discussions that will hopefully lead to useful conclusions.
Of course, there should also be enough time to show you the beauties of the island of Cyprus and the best of our tradition as well. A varied recreational programme awaits you which includes numerous activities such as sightseeing, wine testing, dining and many others.
